Role Overview

The Lead Data Scientist (Analytics) will be the strategic voice behind product development, turning complex data into relevant experiments that shape the bank’s future. This role involves leading the data lifecycle, pioneering Generative AI programs, and directly influencing product development at GXBank.

What You Will Do

The Lead Data Scientist will partner with product, design, and engineering teams to obtain insights, design experiments, and lead important product decisions. They will support strategic plans with data insights, perform deep-dives into user behavior, and make regular recommendations for continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science. They will be proficient in writing advanced SQL queries, Python, and querying large relational databases, and have experience designing A/B tests and product experiments.
