Role Overview
As a Manager of Inside Sales, you will lead a team of 10-12 sellers to exceed revenue and profitability goals by growing targeted customers and acquiring new customers. You will report to a Regional Sales Vice President, Inside Sales. The location is Tempe, Arizona.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute coaching plans, observe and provide real-time coaching, maintain a deep understanding of market conditions, lead strategic territory planning, identify seller strengths and development areas, and coach with intention and precision.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5+ years sales experience in B2B solution-based selling environment focused on revenue attainment and goal orientation
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Coaching capabilities, both in-the-moment and through structured development plans
- Financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to forecast, manage sales pipelines, identify trends, and escalate key concerns
- Track record of leading teams to exceed revenue goals and key performance metrics
- Ability to leverage data and market insights to drive strategic planning and execution
