Finance Operations Manager

Role Overview

As our Finance Operations Manager, you’ll play a central role in making sure our financial engine runs smoothly, from managing the monthly financial close to ensuring advertisers are invoiced correctly and podcast creators get paid. You’ll be part of our Operations team, working closely with teams across the company to manage RedCircle’s financial processes, reporting, and day-to-day operations.

What You Will Do

Own the monthly financial close process, manage advertising revenue reconciliation and invoicing, prepare monthly financial statements and reporting, maintain short-term cash flow forecasts, oversee day-to-day financial operations, and identify opportunities to improve and automate financial workflows.

A great candidate has 4+ years of experience in accounting or a hands-on financial operations role, experience coordinating or owning month-end close processes, financial reconciliations, and financial reporting, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in accounting or a hands-on financial operations role
• Experience coordinating or owning month-end close processes, financial reconciliations, and financial reporting
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience using AI tooling to automate financial processes
• Experience with accounting software; familiarity with Xero in specific is a plus
