Role Overview
The People Operations Administrator will provide hands-on support across core People Operations processes during a 5-month temporary assignment. The role will support employee lifecycle administration, People systems updates, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, employee data maintenance, and general People Operations activity.
What You Will Do
Support global employee lifecycle administration, maintain accurate employee records, support new hire screening activity, coordinate onboarding and leaver tasks, respond to routine People Operations queries, maintain trackers and templates, and provide clear and professional support to employees and internal teams.

Requirements
- 1+ year(s) experience in an administrative, coordination, HR, or office support role
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident using business systems, shared inboxes, trackers, and/or databases
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Organised, proactive, and able to work at pace without compromising quality
- Able to build effective working relationships with colleagues and internal stakeholders
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
