Senior Growth Marketing Copywriter

Role Overview

The Senior Copywriter joins a collaborative team of creatives within Motus’ Content & Communications team, partnering closely with designers and fellow content creators to develop original concepts and bring the Motus brand to life.

What You Will Do

You’ll turn marketing strategy, customer insights, and product value into compelling creative concepts and clear, audience-focused copy that builds awareness, generates leads, and drives action.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience
• B2B technology expertise is a plus
• Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen attention to detail
• Agency experience is a plus!
• Shown experience crafting copy that drives qualified leads and pipeline
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, channels, and standard processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated, with strong organization and communication skills
• A proactive learner who is eager to grow skills in digital marketing and content creation
• A portfolio demonstrating original creative concepts, strong short-form copywriting, and experience partnering with designers to bring integrated campaigns to life
