Role Overview
The Quality Analyst will support the structuring and execution of commercial processes, ensuring consistency in the operation of enrollments (undergraduate and postgraduate).
What You Will Do
Monitor the quality of commercial interactions, perform recurring audits of service, evaluate the quality of service provided by analysts, and support in the construction, review, and evolution of scripts, contact flows, and commercial cadences.

Requirements
- Experience in commercial operations, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Service, or areas of continuous process improvement
- Experience with CRM and commercial operation
- Experience in training, onboarding, or developing commercial teams
