Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the growth of a new launch product (Meningococcal B vaccine) and paediatric vaccine portfolio through a dual role that combines personal territory ownership with team leadership.
What You Will Do
Own and deliver sales performance for both individual territory and team, develop and execute territory and key account strategies, ensure availability, access, and uptake of Bexsero across priority accounts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Science or Business; MBA is a plus)
- Proven experience in pharma/vaccine sales with team management responsibility

- Ability to build credibility with healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
- Strong commercial acumen, ownership, and execution focus
