Role Overview
The role involves designing, developing, and implementing advanced analytical models, predictive forecasting solutions, and AI/ML capabilities to support Navy Reserve readiness, operational optimization, and mission assurance objectives.
What You Will Do
The Data Scientist will lead the development of data analytics products, dashboards, and visualization tools to transform complex data into actionable insights for executives, operational leaders, and stakeholders.

Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED ‘SECRET’ Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience developing data analytics solutions, statistical models, machine learning algorithms, or advanced analytical products in a professional environment
- Experience with Python, SQL, Jupyter Notebook, Databricks, R, or similar analytics and data science tools used for data preparation, modeling, and visualization
- Experience building predictive, prescriptive, or forecasting models and communicating analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
