Role Overview
As a Commercial Account Manager/Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and sales of high-end audio-visual systems. You will collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of systems to clients and maintain and expand relationships with clients.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include business development, cold calling, site visits, documenting field conditions, developing AV functional diagrams, generating proposals, managing sales orders, and developing strategies to maintain and expand sales within an assigned territory.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of low voltage, audio-video, lighting, and/or shades sales experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and a proven track record of developing clients and producing multiple millions of dollars in sales annually.
Requirements
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
- 3-5 years of low voltage, audio-video, lighting, and/or shades sales experience in a commercial or residential sales environment
- Annual quota of $3M
