Role Overview

The District Sales Manager is responsible for delivering a fantastic experience for customers and associates while achieving financial results. They will need to create a productive working atmosphere in our stores, inspire and develop future leaders, and set clear expectations.

What You Will Do

Direct and coordinate activities involving sales and services, support and lead retail stores to execute high-level merchandising standards, monitor reports to forecast sales, margin, and expenses, and recruit, interview, select, hire, and promote associates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent experience
  • Valid state driver’s license and automotive insurance
  • 7 years of relevant work experience with in-depth knowledge of retail business processes
  • 3 years of experience leading teams
  • Skilled proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • 5+ years’ experience in retail store management
