Role Overview

As a Sales Manager at Guitar Center, you’ll lead a dynamic sales team, drive revenue, and create unforgettable customer experiences. What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include leading by example, motivating your team to exceed sales targets, delivering impactful training sessions, and fostering a culture that puts customers first. You’ll also be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales crew, managing inventory, labor, and schedules, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
