Senior Customer Data Scientist

H2O.ai is looking for a Senior Customer Data Scientist to work with enterprise customers in APAC, helping them move from AI curiosity to AI value. The role involves designing and building custom AI/ML agents, leading GenAI solution delivery, and developing agentic AI workflows. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI, with expertise in predictive and generative AI, and exceptional customer-facing communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and AI
• Strong expertise across both predictive AI and generative AI
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI agents and GenAI applications
• Proven ability to design and deliver customer enablement programs
• Exceptional customer-facing communication skills
• Fluency in Python and standard ML/data science libraries and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with H2O.ai products or comparable enterprise AI/ML platforms
