Role Overview
Haemonetics is seeking a commercially driven and strategic National Sales Manager to lead its Blood Management business in Italy, covering haemostasis management, Cell Salvage, and associated services. This role combines strategic leadership, team development, and full commercial accountability, with a focus on driving sustainable growth and strengthening long-term partnerships across the Italian healthcare system.
What You Will Do
Define and execute the national commercial strategy across capital, consumables, and service solutions, own revenue performance and AOP delivery across Italy, drive a programmatic, Patient Blood Management (PBM)-led approach to unlock clinical and economic value, lead complex capital sales, tenders, and competitive conversion opportunities, build and maintain senior relationships with clinicians, hospital management, procurement bodies, and regional decision-makers.
