Headway is a mental healthcare company looking for an Associate Medical Director/Principal, Payer Partnerships to support health plan relationships, external thought leadership, and expand its provider network. The role requires a Psychiatrist (MD/DO) or Clinical Psychologist (PhD) with 3+ years of experience, 2+ years of experience working in payer or partnership roles, and industry influence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a clinician with experience operating in a fast-paced, high growth business
  • 2+ years of experience working in payer or partnership roles, ideally in technology environments
  • Proven thought leader with peer-reviewed publications, mainstream media articles, and/or other expert content
  • Effective at communicating clinical information to non-clinical staff and can distill complex clinical processes and language
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting and synthesizing data & research insights
