Role Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of data components of projects, managing service to both health tech and divisional analytic teams.

The role requires experience in requirements management, prototyping, system architecture, big data and analytical technologies, data processing environments, Agile project management, and simplifying complex concepts and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree and 7 years of data and analytics experience
• Technical Certification and/or college courses and 9 years of data and analytics experience
• 11 years of data and analytics experience
• 2 years of experience leading projects
• Experience in requirements management and/or prototyping
• Knowledge of system architecture
• Knowledge of big data and analytical technologies
• Knowledge of data processing environments
• Knowledge of Agile project management
• Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes
• Business acumen
• SDLC (systems development life cycle) / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development
• Oral & written communication skills
