Role Overview
Hello Heart is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to work across their revenue funnel, building the operational and reporting infrastructure for efficient execution at scale. The role involves using AI to transform processes, arming the GTM team with actionable insights.
What You Will Do
Design and maintain GTM reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks in Salesforce and AI tools, deliver executive-ready strategic analysis, and translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce development.
