Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the Sales Department, overseeing sales performance, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction. This role requires direct supervisory responsibilities and a working knowledge of the automotive sales industry.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager will ensure successful achievement of sales objectives, train and supervise sales team, develop promotions, and interact with customers to ensure satisfaction. They will also be responsible for sale price and trade-in vehicle appraisal decisions, proper reporting of sales, and maintaining effective employee relations.
