Requirements

- Prior leadership or sales management experience
- Experience in compact construction equipment, heavy equipment, agriculture equipment, industrial sales, rental equipment, or related industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership, relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
