Role Overview
We are seeking an Pre-Sales Systems Engineer – SASE Security to support Global Major Accounts across the Mid-Atlantic region. This customer-facing role serves as a trusted technical advisor to some of HPE’s largest enterprise customers, providing technical leadership throughout the sales cycle and helping organizations modernize their security architectures through HPE’s cybersecurity portfolio.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary technical advisor for Global Major Accounts, partnering with customers to align cybersecurity strategies with business objectives. Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and security architecture discussions throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, systems engineering, cybersecurity, or related technical consulting roles.
- Strong network security background with experience supporting enterprise customers and complex security environments.
- Experience leading customer-facing technical engagements, including discovery sessions, solution design, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Experience engaging with technical and executive stakeholders, including security architects, CISOs, and business leaders.
- Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
