Role Overview
As a B2B Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing BTA & Corporate Card accounts, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the use of online tools to clients. You will work closely with commercial teams to resolve client issues and maintain account relationships.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering phone calls, making phone calls to accountants and travel agencies, managing conflict calls, and analyzing client files to propose measures. You will also visit clients with BTA accounts and attend meetings with commercial teams.
