Role Overview

Sales Manager B2B Solutions are excellent business experts and good listeners who use their passion and advisory skills to win new companies as customers. They develop customized payment solutions for their customers to support the optimization of working capital and stabilize the cash flow.

What You Will Do

Conduct the entire acquisition process in Germany for demand-oriented solutions to optimize working capital, sell customized payment solutions, and analyze and identify the economic influence factors of their customers.

The role requires a successful completion of a degree in economics or a similar degree, at least 5 years of experience in advisory sales on the B2B level, and leadership presence with very good presentation and negotiation strength.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a degree in economics or a similar degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in advisory sales on the B2B level
  • Comprehensive sales experience at the level of high decision-makers and in a dynamic environment with a proven success record regarding achieved and exceeded sales targets
  • Leadership presence with very good presentation and negotiation strength
  • Fundamental written and oral communication skills in German and English
