Business Transient Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Business Transient Sales Manager is responsible for developing revenue for corporate transient sales through proactive sales efforts. They will maintain relationships with key clients, identify new accounts, and sell rooms and suites to meet targeted revenue goals.

What You Will Do

The Business Transient Sales Manager will conduct sales visits, prepare proposals and contracts, and maintain hotel relationships to increase customer satisfaction and account revenue. They will also travel locally to conduct outside calls, promote the hotel, and review competition.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, and a college degree in hospitality or business administration. They should be proficient in hospitality software and have knowledge of GDS systems and current relationships with Key TMC offices.

  • 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • College degree in hospitality or business administration
  • Proficiency in hospitality software including Lanyon, Hotelligence, RFP Process’, and RTB bids and re-bids
  • Knowledge of GDS systems and current relationships with Key TMC offices
