Senior Finance Operations Analyst

Role Overview

Support the hospital chief financial officer in overseeing the financial performance of the hospital, working closely with operational leaders to ensure they have the access, reporting, and training required to make operational and financial decisions.

What You Will Do

Responsible for initial population of standard financial and volume data, track and approve position requests, support operational managers with Kronos reporting, and run basic profitability reports.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in finance or Accounting role
• 3 years in the healthcare industry, particularly as it relates to hospitals or other providers
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, statistics, or related field (OR) 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
