We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to join a healthcare-focused organization and lead the analysis of complex, structured and unstructured data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related STEM field
• 7+ years of professional data science experience
• Strong programming and statistical analysis skills
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and database management
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and their practical applications
• Strong knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and methods
• Experience working with large, complex, and incomplete datasets
• Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting insights to senior and executive-level leadership
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
