Role Overview
Responsible for overall marketing strategy, annual sales targets, channel development, and brand planning of halal seasoning products across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Manage a comprehensive overseas channel network and lead brand promotion activities.
What You Will Do
Conduct market research, establish and manage channel networks, lead brand promotion, and oversee halal compliance risk management. Build and develop the local marketing team and coordinate with factory production and sales planning.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Food Science, International Trade, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- More than 10 years of marketing experience in the food or seasoning industry
- At least 5 years of full-scale export market management experience covering both Southeast Asia and the Middle East
- In-depth knowledge of the JAKIM Halal certification system
- Fluent in business English and proficient in Malay
- Basic Chinese language skills and ability to communicate effectively with headquarters in China or Hong Kong
- Established network of high-quality importers, distributors, supermarket chains, and food service channels in Southeast Asia and the Middle East
- Strong strategic thinking capability, leadership skills, experience in team management, policy development, channel management, pressure handling, and result-oriented execution
