Role Overview

The BU Transformer Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of global sales operations strategies that align with organizational goals. The role involves analyzing market trends and sales data to produce accurate forecasts and recommendations, ensuring effective resource allocation, compliance with standards, and the adoption of best practices to enhance overall sales performance.

What You Will Do

The BU Transformer Sales Operations Manager will lead the global sales forecasting process, analyze global sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop actionable recommendations to enhance sales performance. The role also involves preparing and presenting regular sales performance reports to senior management, highlighting global achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales operations strategies that align with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth.
  • Strong proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and processes, ensuring timely execution and adherence to performance metrics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support sales initiatives, meet with customers, and participate in regional meetings and industry events.
