Seize this exciting opportunity as our Sales and Marketing Manager within Hitachi Energy in Finland. You will lead our High Voltage Products in marketing and sales activities, work closely with the HV team with the goal of developing a profitable and sustainable business for the complete product portfolio, from Air/Gas Insulated Switchgear to Power & Industry Components and Service.
Requirements
- Develop business strategies and sales and marketing plans in partnership with local Marketing and Sales teams
- Serve as an escalation point for questions and issues and collects customer feedback and input
- Ensure proposals are developed, in line with internal regulations, requirements and approved to enable negotiations
- Participate in the budgeting process, representing the Global Business Unit in the local market
- Coordinate product lifecycle marketing initiatives and support the factory sales and marketing activities in the country
- Oversee the market intelligence process, ensuring detailed market analyses of market drivers and trends, key competition, and emerging technologies
- Monthly forecasting accountability and ad-hoc reports to monitor market and progress
- Customer quality management and resolution support, driving resolution of customer quality issues to fullest satisfaction
- Active ownership and participation in the Risk Review process
- Ensure local sales team members are provided with necessary training and receive appropriate accreditation
- Member of the local Front End Sales Hitachi Energy leadership team, representing HV interests in the country
- Health & Safety Responsibility and oversight for locally sold and delivered HV Projects
- Quotation preparation and sales activities
