Role Overview
Support analysis of sales performance across B2C, B2B, and Lead Team. Conduct funnel analyses, identify conversion breaks, and prepare reports for sales leadership.
What You Will Do
Analyze lead quality, lead conversion, and data quality in CRM system. Support analysis and optimization of customer journey and sales processes. Maintain and develop Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Why It Might Be a Fit
First practical experience in sales, sales operations, CRM, data analytics, or comparable role. Very good analytical skills and experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
