Role Overview
The Financial Operations Analyst provides financial reporting, analysis, and business support to Hologic’s Operations and Supply Chain organization. This is an entry-level finance/cost accounting role.
What You Will Do
Support the monthly close process, prepare and analyze financial reports, and track key performance indicators.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
- Zero to two years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or supply chain finance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards)
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Hyperion)
Benefits
- Annualized base salary range $53,800 to $84,300
- Bonus eligible
