Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Field or Growth Marketing
  • Proven ability to translate complex hardware/software specs into business outcomes
  • Skilled at navigating matrixed organizations and collaborating with globally distributed teams
  • Experience thriving in high-growth environments, building scalable processes across borders
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and HubSpot
  • Proven budget management across multiple channels and segments
  • Fluent in English and German; French is a major plus
