Role Overview
The Data Analyst will support a large-scale policy admin system migration project on an 18-month fixed term contract, providing data-driven insight and monitoring customer and business impacts.
What You Will Do
Manipulate, analyse, and interpret large datasets to uncover insights and support commercial and operational decision-making, communicate insights clearly to colleagues, and identify data quality issues and migration risks.

Requirements
- SQL
- Databricks
- Experience working with personal lines insurance products
- Experience working on insurance datasets and policy admin systems
- Experience investigating and resolving data anomalies and defects
- Clear communicator with technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-starter with proven ability to jump into complex projects and perform effectively
