We are looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator (HubSpot & Multi-Client Delivery) based in the Philippines to work as an independent contractor for an Australian marketing consultant. The role involves maintaining structured marketing systems, supporting campaign delivery, and ensuring accuracy across multiple client accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing operations, CRM, or digital marketing support
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, workflows, email builds, reporting)
- Experience working across multiple clients or projects at once
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong written English skills with the ability to edit and structure content clearly
- Experience with WordPress content editing
- Comfortable creating reports and working with performance data
- Basic Canva skills for content and asset creation
- Able to work independently, follow processes, and communicate clearly in a remote role
