The role involves using AI to scale marketing impact, driving growth, shaping messaging, and improving audience engagement. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of B2B marketing experience, proficiency in HubSpot CRM, and hands-on experience with AI tools.

Requirements

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business development goals
  • Identify new channels, formats, and tactics to grow brand awareness and lead generation
  • Stay ahead of AI marketing tools and bring new capabilities to the team proactively
  • Build the marketing function to be a genuine competitive advantage for the business
  • Own, protect, and evolve our brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels
  • Run structured weekly sessions with the MD, Chief Revenue Officer and Directors to extract strategic thinking and content ideas
  • Use Claude and HubSpot Breeze and other relevant AI tools to draft, refine, and personalise content at scale
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and content marketing
  • Manage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation — sequences, workflows, lead nurturing, and reporting
