Requirements
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business development goals
- Identify new channels, formats, and tactics to grow brand awareness and lead generation
- Stay ahead of AI marketing tools and bring new capabilities to the team proactively
- Build the marketing function to be a genuine competitive advantage for the business
- Own, protect, and evolve our brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels
- Run structured weekly sessions with the MD, Chief Revenue Officer and Directors to extract strategic thinking and content ideas
- Use Claude and HubSpot Breeze and other relevant AI tools to draft, refine, and personalise content at scale
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and content marketing
- Manage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation — sequences, workflows, lead nurturing, and reporting
