Role Overview
The Finance Operations Business Partner Manager will provide financial analysis, operational management, and communication capabilities to support Huron Digital’s strategies and enable real transformation. The role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and advanced analytical skills.
What You Will Do
Deliver effective and efficient operational support to the practice, provide timely and accurate financial insights, lead core operational processes, and analyze performance trends to highlight opportunities for operational improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or professional services.
- 5+ years of financial or accounting experience.
- Proficiency with Workday, PowerBI, and Excel.
