Role Overview
The Manager, Premium Sales is responsible for leading the ticket sales team and developing revenue initiatives to meet or exceed annual sales goals. The team manages sales efforts for ticketed sports and provides fans, partners, and businesses with outreach and access to all ticket types. The Manager will work closely with the Director, Revenue Generation to identify, develop, and pursue qualified leads.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the Manager, Premium Sales include supporting the development and execution of sales and retention strategies, recruiting and training the premium seating team, building relationships with current and past customers, and prospecting and engaging area businesses and individuals to sell premium season tickets and group ticket packages.

Requirements
- 3+ years of premium sales experience within collegiate or professional sports
- Demonstrated high levels of personal and professional integrity and ethical conduct
- Proven track record of success in sales, relationship building, and customer retention
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to business opportunities and challenges
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals established by management
