Role Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator will facilitate the school’s outreach and revenue generation to maximize attendance and revenue while assisting in the day-to-day operations of the ticket office. The role involves conducting outbound sales efforts, maintaining accurate account information, and collaborating with the Ticketing and Marketing departments.

What You Will Do

Conduct outbound sales efforts, maintain accurate account information, assist with inbound inquiries, retain season ticket holders, track account activity, and collaborate with departments to enhance the season ticket holder experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience in the sports/sponsorship landscape
  • Attention to detail

  • Able to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and proactively
