Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Director will own and lead the company’s entire revenue generation function, overseeing both Sales and Marketing as one unified department. The role involves developing, executing, and optimizing strategies to generate qualified leads, improve sales performance, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience leading Sales, Marketing, or Revenue functions with direct ownership of commercial results
- Proven experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing Sales and Marketing teams
- Demonstrated ability to personally drive revenue growth while also developing scalable commercial systems and processes
- Significant experience working within a digital marketing agency or SaaS company serving ecommerce businesses (required)
- Strong sales experience with a proven track record of personally closing new business and managing high-value sales opportunities
- Excellent understanding of sales pipeline management, lead qualification, conversion optimization, and revenue forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure funnel performance, interpret commercial data, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience managing departmental budgets, hiring, resource planning, and operational performance
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to build high-performing remote teams
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills, accountability, responsiveness, and ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment
- Experience selling retention marketing services such as Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, or UGC services is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, ecommerce marketing technology, and the broader ecommerce ecosystem is highly desirable
- Existing relationships or network within the ecommerce or DTC industry is considered a strong advantage
- Must possess excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Must be available and responsive during office hours (Mondays to Fridays between 3-6 PM BCN time)
- Must consistently work 30-35 hours per week (approximately 140 hours per month)
- Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer capable of attending virtual meetings
- Must be open to receiving constructive feedback while also providing effective coaching and feedback to team members

- Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD, with uncapped performance-based commission tied to closed revenue
- Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months
- Re-evaluation of the role and workload after 6-12 months
- Fully remote position with a flexible work schedule
- 30-day notice period after the first two months (with the first two months being the trial-and-adaptation period paid at full rate)
- Exclusivity agreement (nullifying the possibility to work in a position of a similar nature while working for Hustler Marketing)
