We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) with strong closing ability to drive revenue growth through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and deal conversion.
Requirements
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through outbound channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
- Qualify leads and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demos and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Own the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 3–4+ years of experience in business development, or closing roles.
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience with outbound sales and lead generation.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- SaaS sales experience is a strong advantage.
