Requirements
- High-volume outbound outreach
- Prospecting, profiling, and qualifying high-value leads
- Executing multi-channel outreach strategies
- Overcoming gatekeepers and navigating complex organizational structures
- Scheduling qualified discovery calls and demos
- Managing lead data and activity tracking within the CRM
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales or business development environment
- Deep understanding of the B2B Tech/SaaS landscape and procurement cycles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High level of resilience and a ‘hunter’ mentality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-velocity workload independently
- Experience working with CRM software and modern sales engagement tools
- Previous experience in a startup or rapid-growth environment
- Familiarity with specific sales methodologies
- Track record of exceeding quotas in a remote or hybrid work setting
