We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Representative to join a fast-paced sales team within the B2B SaaS space.

Requirements

  • High-volume outbound outreach
  • Prospecting, profiling, and qualifying high-value leads
  • Executing multi-channel outreach strategies
  • Overcoming gatekeepers and navigating complex organizational structures
  • Scheduling qualified discovery calls and demos
  • Managing lead data and activity tracking within the CRM
  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales or business development environment
  • Deep understanding of the B2B Tech/SaaS landscape and procurement cycles
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of resilience and a ‘hunter’ mentality
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-velocity workload independently
  • Experience working with CRM software and modern sales engagement tools
  • Previous experience in a startup or rapid-growth environment
  • Familiarity with specific sales methodologies
  • Track record of exceeding quotas in a remote or hybrid work setting
