We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative to join a fast-paced sales team within the B2B SaaS space. As the engine of our growth, you will be responsible for sparking new conversations, breaking into key accounts, and building the foundation of our sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach
- Prospect, profile, and qualify high-value leads
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies
- Meticulously manage lead data and activity tracking
- Proven experience in a high-volume outbound sales or business development environment
- Deep understanding of the B2B Tech/SaaS landscape and procurement cycles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High level of resilience and a “hunter” mentality
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience working with CRM software and modern sales engagement tools
- Previous experience in a startup or rapid-growth environment
- Familiarity with specific sales methodologies
- A track record of exceeding quotas in a remote or hybrid work setting
