Requirements

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (80+ calls per day)
  • Prospect, profile, and qualify high-value leads within the B2B technology and SaaS sectors
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn networking)
  • Overcome gatekeepers and navigate complex organizational structures
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
  • Manage lead data and activity tracking within the CRM
  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales or business development
  • Deep understanding of the B2B Tech/SaaS landscape and procurement cycles
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of resilience and a ‘hunter’ mentality
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-velocity workload independently
  • Experience working with CRM software and modern sales engagement tools
  • Previous experience in a startup or rapid-growth environment
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, SPIN, or Challenger)
  • Track record of exceeding quotas in a remote or hybrid work setting
