Requirements
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (80+ calls per day)
- Prospect, profile, and qualify high-value leads within the B2B technology and SaaS sectors
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn networking)
- Overcome gatekeepers and navigate complex organizational structures
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
- Manage lead data and activity tracking within the CRM
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales or business development
- Deep understanding of the B2B Tech/SaaS landscape and procurement cycles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High level of resilience and a ‘hunter’ mentality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-velocity workload independently
- Experience working with CRM software and modern sales engagement tools
- Previous experience in a startup or rapid-growth environment
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, SPIN, or Challenger)
- Track record of exceeding quotas in a remote or hybrid work setting
