We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Representative to join a fast-paced sales team within the B2B SaaS space, responsible for sparking new conversations, breaking into key accounts, and building the foundation of our sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, maintaining a consistent standard of 80+ calls per day.
- Prospect, profile, and qualify high-value leads within the B2B technology and SaaS sectors.
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn networking.
- Overcome gatekeepers and navigate complex organizational structures to identify key decision-makers.
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
- Meticulously manage lead data and activity tracking within the CRM to ensure a clean sales funnel.
- Proven experience in a high-volume outbound sales or business development environment.
- Deep understanding of the B2B Tech/SaaS landscape and procurement cycles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport.
- High level of resilience and a “hunter” mentality; comfortable making upwards of 80 calls daily.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-velocity workload independently.
- Experience working with CRM software and modern sales engagement tools.
- Previous experience in a startup or rapid-growth environment.
- Familiarity with specific sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, SPIN, or Challenger).
- A track record of exceeding quotas in a remote or hybrid work setting.
