Huzzle is seeking a GTM Engineer to support and scale revenue operations, with responsibilities including building and optimizing go-to-market systems, managing CRM systems, and analyzing funnel performance.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist)
- Proficiency in data analysis (Google Sheets, Excel, SQL is a plus)
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations (Zapier, Make), and workflow automation
- Understanding of B2B SaaS sales funnels and lead generation strategies
- Experience working with SDRs and sales teams in a high-growth environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to execute independently
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
