Role Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing strategic relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and managing dealer relationships. This role requires driving and travel, and the ability to build strong relationships with dealers and educate them on HCA’s products and services.

What You Will Do

The Business Development Manager will utilize consultative selling skills to educate, motivate, and train new and existing Hyundai/Kia/Genesis dealers in their assigned district. They will promote HCA programs to stimulate dealer utilization of HCA products and services, and collaborate with the sales and product design team to ensure requirements are met.

They will have exceptional communication and presentation skills, and be able to build rapport and establish strong relationships with dealers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Sales training experience
  • Captive automotive finance experience dedicated to a specific OEM a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
