Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the finance operations that support Hyundai’s vehicle and dealer network. As Finance Operations & Incentive Manager, you will lead the accurate accounting of virtual and physical vehicle stock, internal and external pricing, factory and internal works costs, and dealer claims and payments.
What You Will Do
You will lead a broad portfolio of finance operations, combining strong financial control and commercial insight with budget oversight, cross-functional partnership, process improvement, business reporting and team development.

Requirements
- At least three years’ accounting experience
- Strong practical understanding of finance operations
- Strong systems capability, ideally supported by at least three years’ experience using SAP and Excel
