Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing key customer relationships within an assigned geographic region. This role focuses on selling electronic components to OEMs, distributors, and contract manufacturers while aligning sales strategies with company objectives.

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets, identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, and manage the full sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • Strong technical understanding of electronic components (e.g., semiconductors, connectors, passive components)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
