Role Overview
We are looking for a Mexico Revenue Operations Manager to drive commercial strategy, pricing excellence, sales enablement, and revenue growth initiatives across Mexico. This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Product, and Pricing teams.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute pricing strategies, design and implement promotional campaigns, and lead Revenue Operations initiatives focused on process optimization, analytics modernization, and automation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, or Sales Support within Financial Services
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, profitability drivers, commercial programs, and regulatory considerations in Mexico
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytical platforms
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Knowledge of AI, analytics, automation, or machine learning applications that support commercial decision-making
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
