As Sales Manager India, you’ll own the full commercial cycle for IBA Dosimetry’s portfolio of advanced radiotherapy and dosimetry solutions, building trusted partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and research institutions, and delivering on revenue and margin targets.
Requirements
- Hit revenue and margin targets across new and existing accounts in the Indian market
- Manage distributors, driving their performance and ensuring full alignment with IBA Dosimetry’s commercial and compliance standards.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations up to C-suite level
- Build and manage a network of channel partners and agents
- Keep CRM accurate with pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer data
- Partner with marketing, product management, and operations to ensure seamless delivery
- Represent IBA Dosimetry at congresses, trade shows, and key industry events
- Monitor competitive landscape and feed market intelligence back to HQ
- Ensure pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting compliance
