Marketing Manager, Enclosures and Appliances (E&A)

Role Overview

As Marketing Manager, Enclosures & Appliances (E&A), you will be responsible for developing and executing the global marketing and growth strategy for the E&A market segment within the ICL Industrial Products Division.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute the global Enclosures & Appliances (E&A) market strategy, identify and prioritize growth opportunities, drive market expansion, new business development, and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Business, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced business degree is an advantage.
• 7+ years in B2B marketing, product management, business development, or related commercial roles.
• Experience in specialty chemicals, polymers, materials, flame retardants, or similar industrial markets.
• Strong knowledge of the Enclosures & Appliances industry and value chain.
• Proven success driving growth, product launches, and commercial performance.
• Experience working in global, cross-cultural environments.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong project execution capabilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
