We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Curriculum Designer to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of scalable, role-specific and GTM-agnostic learning experiences for the global IFS sales organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, L&D, or instructional design, preferably within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software organization.
- Proven ability to develop and scale eLearning content and blended learning paths aligned to business goals.
- Familiarity with learning platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, SCORM, Articulate, Cornerstone SBX).
- Ability to translate business priorities into learning programs that drive behavior change and performance.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across regions and time zones with minimal oversight.
